Gary Frayter LLC, doing business as Frayter Media ("Frayter Media," "we," "us," or "our"), operates https://fraytermedia.com and related Frayter Media landing pages, funnels, forms, and appointment booking pages. Frayter Media is a full-service content agency serving seven-figure entrepreneurs and businesses in the United States.
This Privacy Policy explains how Frayter Media collects, uses, protects, and processes personal information when you visit our websites, request information, book a consultation, communicate with us, or use our services. Gary Frayter LLC is responsible for the personal information it collects for these purposes.
1. Information We Collect
Frayter Media collects the following categories of information, depending on your interactions with us:
Contact information: Your name, email address, telephone number, business name, and business website.
Inquiry and business information: Information you submit about your business, revenue range, content needs, marketing goals, and interest in our services.
Appointment information: Booking details, availability, appointment dates and times, and scheduling preferences.
Communications: Emails, text messages, form submissions, and information you provide during telephone calls or other communications.
Consent and preference records: SMS opt-in status, the consent language presented to you, when and how consent was provided, and unsubscribe or opt-out requests.
Website and device information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, referring pages, interactions with our website, and cookie or similar identifiers.
Service information: Information you provide that is reasonably necessary to evaluate, deliver, or administer our content and marketing services.
2. How We Collect Information
Frayter Media collects information directly from you when you complete a form, book an appointment through our GoHighLevel calendar, contact us, opt in to communications, or become a client.
We also collect certain website and device information automatically through cookies, the Meta Pixel, and related website technologies. When you respond to a Frayter Media advertisement or submit information through an advertising platform's lead form, we may receive the information you choose to provide through that platform.
3. How We Use Information
Frayter Media uses information to:
Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether our services fit your business needs.
Schedule consultations and manage appointments.
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and requested consultation follow-ups.
Provide and administer our content and marketing services.
Communicate by email or telephone about your inquiries, appointments, or services.
Send our own email marketing communications where permitted by applicable law and your communication preferences.
Operate our websites, maintain contact records, and administer customer support.
Understand website usage and measure and improve our advertising and website performance.
Maintain consent records, honor opt-outs, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Frayter Media uses SMS only for the purposes described in the consent you provide. Booking an appointment or providing a telephone number does not, by itself, authorize SMS messages.
4. SMS and Communications
SMS Opt-In
You may opt in to receive Frayter Media text messages by voluntarily selecting an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our appointment booking form. The checkbox identifies Frayter Media and describes the messages covered by your consent. The checkbox is not selected by default, and you may submit the form or book an appointment without selecting it.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to SMS to purchase services or book a consultation.
Message Types and Frequency
If you opt in, Frayter Media may send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling or cancellation notices, and follow-ups related to your requested consultation, to the extent covered by your consent. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Message frequency may vary based on your appointments and interactions with Frayter Media. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Frayter Media does not treat appointment-related SMS consent as consent to receive promotional text messages. Promotional SMS requires separate, express consent covering those messages.
SMS Consent Protection
Frayter Media never sells, rents, or shares customer opt-in data for marketing or promotional purposes. Frayter Media does not share SMS consent with affiliates or third parties for their own use, including their marketing or promotional use. The limited exception for text messaging service providers is explained in Section 5.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to any Frayter Media text message to opt out of SMS. After your request, you may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe status. Further SMS messages will stop unless you provide new consent.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected] or +1 (203) 979-4240. You may also request removal from SMS communications through these contact methods.
5. Data Sharing Policy
Frayter Media does not sell or rent lead or customer data. Lead and customer contact information submitted to Frayter Media is never provided to other businesses for their marketing or promotional use. Customer opt-in data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
These restrictions apply to every sharing category in this policy. The limited text messaging provider exception stated above allows processing only to operate, deliver, and support Frayter Media's messaging service; it does not authorize independent marketing or promotional use of SMS consent or opt-in records.
Frayter Media may provide necessary information to service providers that support our operations, such as GoHighLevel and its relevant hosting, communications, and technical service providers. We limit this access to the information needed to provide their services on our behalf.
Frayter Media may disclose information when legally required, such as in response to a valid court order or other binding legal process, or when necessary and legally permitted to prevent fraud, protect security, or defend legal rights. These circumstances do not authorize disclosure of mobile information or SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
Website activity information transmitted through the Meta Pixel is described separately in Section 6. Frayter Media does not authorize transmission of SMS consent, SMS opt-in records, or submitted lead contact information to advertising platforms through that technology.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Frayter Media uses cookies and similar technologies to operate its websites, understand visitor activity, and measure advertising performance. Frayter Media uses the Meta Pixel on its website and runs advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.
The Meta Pixel can transmit website activity information to Meta, including pages visited, actions taken, IP addresses, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers. This information may support advertising measurement, audience targeting, and delivery of relevant advertisements. Meta processes information it receives under its own terms and privacy policy.
Advertising-related transfers of website activity information may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or as a "sale" under certain state privacy laws, even when no information is exchanged for money. This is distinct from providing submitted lead contact information or SMS consent for another business's promotional use, which Frayter Media prohibits.
You may manage cookies through your browser settings and manage advertising preferences through the relevant advertising platform. Blocking cookies may affect some website functionality, and browser controls may not prevent every form of tracking. Where applicable law requires it, Frayter Media will obtain consent before using nonessential tracking technologies and honor applicable opt-out rights and recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
7. Data Security Practices
Frayter Media uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need information for authorized business purposes.
No website, communications system, or storage method can guarantee complete security. Please avoid submitting sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry or our services.
8. Data Retention
Frayter Media retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, administer appointments, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention depends on the information's purpose, the duration of our relationship, and applicable legal requirements. Consent records and limited suppression records may be retained after an opt-out to document consent history and prevent further unwanted communications. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to lawful retention requirements and routine backup cycles.
9. Third-Party Services
GoHighLevel
Frayter Media uses GoHighLevel as its primary customer relationship management, funnel, automation, appointment scheduling, and communications platform. GoHighLevel acts as a data processor or service provider for personal information Frayter Media manages through the platform.
GoHighLevel stores and processes contact data, conversations, form submissions, appointment records, consent records, and automation workflows. It enables SMS, email, telephone calls, and appointment scheduling through its platform and supporting service providers. Availability of a platform feature does not mean Frayter Media uses every feature.
Advertising Platforms and External Websites
Frayter Media uses Meta and Google for advertising and Meta Pixel for website tracking. Information collected directly by those platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies. External websites linked from our website operate under their own policies.
Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Frayter Media remains responsible for its own collection and use of personal information and for applicable obligations associated with its selection and use of service providers.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
Request access to or a copy of your personal information.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
Obtain a portable copy of certain information.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Opt out of targeted advertising or legally defined sale or sharing of personal information.
Appeal a decision regarding a privacy request, where applicable.
Exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
To submit a request or appeal, email [email protected] or call +1 (203) 979-4240. State the nature of your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. Frayter Media may verify your identity before responding and will process requests within applicable legal time limits. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.
11. Opt-Out Instructions
SMS: Reply STOP to a Frayter Media text message, or contact us to request removal.
Marketing email: Use the unsubscribe link in the email or email [email protected]. Necessary service or administrative emails may continue.
Marketing calls: Tell the caller that you do not wish to receive further marketing calls, or contact Frayter Media using the details below.
Advertising and tracking: Adjust browser and platform settings or contact Frayter Media to exercise applicable advertising privacy rights.
Opting out of one communication channel does not automatically opt you out of other channels. Frayter Media will honor a request covering multiple channels when you specify that preference.
12. Children's Information
Frayter Media's websites and services are intended for adult business owners and professionals. Frayter Media does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete the information as appropriate.
13. Changes to This Policy
Frayter Media may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its practices, services, or legal obligations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change. An update to this policy does not, by itself, expand your SMS consent.
